A natural way to control acne!!
Read this:
Adults and teens will enjoy equal success using proven natural acne home treatments. The most important consideration for healthy skin is to maintain a balanced pH. To ensure this balance, you merely need to follow your daily acne skin care regimen, cleansing your skin with a mild soap, rinsing, and then applying apple cider vinegar directly to the skin with a cotton ball. Allow the vinegar to remain on your face for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with cool water. The vinegar acts as an astringent and helps remove excess oil, kills bacteria, and normalizes the skin's pH, creating beautiful and healthy skin.
The vinegar may sting a little when you first apply it and although this is normal, if it seems excessively strong, you can make a milder solution of vinegar and water that can be applied topically several times a day. You can gradually increase the percentage of vinegar until you find the appropriate level.
If you want a deeper clean, you can steam your face over a pan of boiling water and apple cider vinegar with a towel over your head to trap the steam. This will loosen any dirt and oil buildup. Apply vinegar with a cotton ball. Repeat twice, then apply more vinegar on the pores to close them. Use this method once a week.
